Colour frontis plate + (4) + 133 pages with many of the authors scale drawings. A quite detailed description is given of 66 various steam locomotives, in each case the owning company's seal is shown with side and end elevation drawings of the type. Maskelyne was a trained engineer and sometime became Editor of "Model Railway News". Excellent content. Ottley 2901. A little marked on outer covers and bumped corners.

Showing a semi-detailed side and end elevation, external, and an interior plan view. With major dimensions and notes. These are all eight wheel coaches with through corridor connections. Most important information and great history. This and those following are rubber stamped "B.R. L.M.R. C&W Drawing Office, Derby," and dated in 1950s. All are rolled and in generally very fine condition.

The original document signed by the Tenant. 13" x 8.25", printed cover + 3 pages that includes a printed Revenue Stamp + a small manuscript scale drawing of the site in ink. It includes a schedule of fittings and fixtures. The house is situated at Victoria Place, Norton Road. Good history.
