It is our policy to offer goods by way of these regular catalogues for sale on a first come first served basis without reserve. Postal business only, probably the greenest way of shopping.
Catalogues are posted to all on our mailing list at the same time, with the exception of those going overseas which we try to arrange sending one day earlier. We cannot of course be responsible for any tardiness by the Post Office in making delivery. Since there is usually only one of each item listed there will at times be the disappointment of finding that the one wanted is already sold, and to give some fair balance in the long term we will on occasions give you advanced notice of something that we believe to be within your sphere of interest.
We set out by only listing material that we think will please, and give an additional Star rating to those that have one or more strong attributes of being very hard to come by, particularly good content, outstanding condition, or an attractive price. Any item purchased that is found not to meet your requirements for any reason may be returned within fourteen days for full repayment on the price of the goods, we ask only that you let us know the item is being sent back and that it is returned quickly in the condition it was received. If it is returned because of a fault on our part we will also refund the postage. We are always happy to check our considerable stock for your wants but cannot promise that this will give an ongoing priority should they come to hand later.
Customer privacy will be respected, we will not pass your email address or any particulars to other parties.
It is our aim to conduct our business in a manner that is satisfactory to our customers, we value your continued support and will give consideration to any suggestions that could lead to an improvement in what we are doing. We will continue to bring you a wide variety of top class railway material suited to the study, research and collection of the subject, and will ensure that buying from our catalogues is a pleasant experience.
