Included is a superb 3.5" gauge model of a Southern Railway "Schools" class, constructed by a senior executive of the Southern Region, B.R. There are neat tick marks in ink against half-a-dozen item numbers, otherwise it is in fine condition.

Engraved on paper which has been laid down on more recent cartridge paper at some time, to preserve this very scarce piece. "Cancelled" by rubber stamping. While having regard to that above it is in generally fine condition.

Issued in 1955, signed by all concerned and impressed with the company Seal. 7.75" x 11", 2 sides. Engraved in an ornate brown and black on white quality paper by the "American Bank Note company." Incorporating a three-piece vignette showing a 4-4-0 steam locomotive and eight wheel tender; three miners working underground; the surface buildings of a large mint. Cancelled by a perforated punch line in 1960 and holes punched through the signatures. Superb. Very fine condition.

This and that following were issued as a limited printing and have the description written in pencil on the folder margin and initialled by the photographer. This shows a close up of the right side engine valve gear with leaking injector blowing steam. These will much please; they are in mint condition.

All board covers are worn, many of the loose plates have some freying at edges but without serious loss, planche No. 123 is missing otherwise all is complete as called for. It is a good working copy of this important work.

A quality technical magazine concerned with all aspects of design and construction of electric railways and electric motive power, mostly German, Austrian and Swiss, but some is on the railways and practice of other countries. This year is seldom to be found on offer. With the bookplate of F.J. Haut. The pages of the June and July issue have a damp stain on the lower half that was apparently incurred before binding, otherwise very fine condition.

Engraved in an ornate style in green and black on white quality paper by the "American Bank Note Company." Incorporating a vignette showing the Company Insignia with a laurel surround and a god and goddess in the Greek style, on either side. Cancelled by perforated punch in 1953, with further holes neatly punched in the signatures. Very nice. Very fine condition.

Time Table, 29th May to 1st July 1939, inclusive. 10.25" x 7.75", 2 sides, black on red. Including a map, time table, details of fares, and description of the line and area. I am sure that many people. like myself will not like the description used in the heading of this item, but that was thought to be the way to sell this most remarkable railway in this pre-war year. Very fine condition.

Lithographed by Cote Libre, Bruxelles, in a decorative style with a border that incorporates four small vignettes showing scenes from the City of Kazan, two of which include electric trams; and a shield that contains a fabulous bird wearing a crown. The verso has an "Extrait des Status". The Certificate has two rubber stamped seals on issue, and one rubber stamp on exchange. Together with this is a half sheet of unused Interest Coupons dated from 1916 to 1932. Excellent history. Scarce. Very fine condition.
